1.1 Client Requirements

  • Client must be above the legal age (18)
  • You must be available and reply to my emails/Ko-fi dm’s as soon as possible.
  • All references must be provided before the commission starts. I take extra payment when my references are only google images or text. Extra fee varies.
  • If you want a game character drawn, include references with the correct outfit in good lighting. Linking armory and telling me armor set names help a lot for referencing.
  • I expect the invoice to be paid within 24 hours unless agreed otherwise. 
  • I don’t do exact copies of armor/etc, I do make simplifications sometimes.
  • Read the Terms of Service in full.

1.2 Rights

  • All rights and ownership of the artwork remain with the artist unless agreed otherwise. Rights, licenses and ownership can be purchased at additional cost.
  • The commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
  • The commissioned artwork is not to be used in AI in any way, this includes machine learning, or generative AI in any way.
  • You cannot alter, modify, distribute or use it for commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to: selling the artwork in any way shape or form, using the artwork as a business logo, using the artwork to promote your business/book/website etc.
  • Limited usage license is given to the client – I draw this for you to cherish, use as your social media avatar, put on your OC pages and print out and hang it up in your room.
  • Minor changes such as cropping or adding text are allowed.
  • If you wish to post a commission from me in a gallery, you have to credit me.
  • I have the right to alter, modify and post the illustration on social media, ko-fi, sell it in my shops, create merchandise, etc. unless agreed otherwise. Though it’s highly unlikely I will sell your commission unless it’s a piece of an official character or my own.

2.1 Payment and Prices

  • I only accept payment via Paypal.
  • I request full payment before starting linework.
  • I will not continue working on the commission until payment is received.
  • All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.
  • Tips are very welcome! 
  • 50/50 payment can be arranged. Repeat customers can request a payment plan.

2.2 Refund

I can refund 80% of the payment if I haven’t yet started on your commission (I’m reserving my time for you – this means if I get more offers I’ll have to decline them or schedule them for later). No refunds after I’ve started. 

If I fail to complete a commission due to illness or any other reason, the refund will be paid in full. 

3.1 Technical Information/Drawing Process
  • You will receive two digital images of the finished painting. One watermarked, one without.
  • My default canvas is A4 with 300dpi.
  • Process pictures, sent on email/bsky/discord/ko-fi (Let me know your preference). 
  • Average turnaround time from sketch to finish is 3-4 weeks (but can get longer. If you have a date you need it finished by, tell me)

Will not draw:

  • NSFW
  • Most monsters (can draw human like monsters, just ask)
  • Incest
  • Hateful imagery
  • Complicated poses
  • Very Highly complicated outfits/weapons or detailed armor and weapons without the proper references.

3.2 Corrections/Revisions

Corrections are fine at any point during the painting process – but let me know what you want corrected as soon as possible!

I will do one revision of the image after I’ve shown the finished product. That means you must write in your replying email if you’d like something changed. Any changes after that point will cost 5 USD.

I am only human and I can read wrong/make a mistake. Please look carefully over your commission to make sure I got everything right.

3.3 Retention of Images and Files

I will store the files 6 months after completion. If you lose your print after that, I cannot guarantee I still have it.

4.1 Last But not Least

All articles of this Terms of Service are applicable unless specifically outlined within the final written agreement between Client and Artist.
